About the position

Responsibilities

  • Lead and define product and channel strategy in partnership with other internal teams, forecasting demand across screens and experiences.
  • Develop growth strategies for Xbox Devices with multiple services while collaborating with leaders.
  • Support development of Ecosystem economic models across key endpoint categories or lines of business.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to identify opportunities building upon audience strategy.
  • Deliver insights for short and long-term business roadmaps.
  • Lead partnerships with customer research and use research to drive business decisions to drive Xbox Devices Long Range Planning.
  • Drive thought leadership around competition and industry trends.
  • Evaluate market conditions and insights to determine offer strategy and pricing.
  • Assess the impact on revenue and business targets.
  • Drive promotion strategy and performance.
  • Lead projects or programs that synthesize data to inform business decisions and drive results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years product management, strategy consulting, finance, business/corporate development, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with engineering, finance, and marketing teams to align product and pricing strategies.
