You will oversee workload planning, provide mentorship and clear direction to the Accounts Payable team, serve as a subject matter expert for partners, and resolve issues. You'll also monitor and communicate KPIs, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and leading process improvement projects through data-driven analysis.</p> <h3>As the Manager, Accounts Payable you will:</h3> <ul> <li>Provide leadership and support the AP team in meeting their objectives, and collaboration with other teams</li> <li>Act as a point of contact for partners to help resolve issues or as a subject matter expert (SME) where needed</li> <li>Ensure work allocation and planning to meet critical timelines/deadlines</li> <li>Mentor AP team members by communicating objectives and follow up on progress</li> <li>Support process improvement projects using fact-based, data-driven reviews of existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement</li> <li>Ensure AP Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are measured, communicated and addressed in daily/weekly/monthly or quarterly reviews</li> </ul> <p>As the Manager, Accounts Payable you will report to the Director, Accounts Payable. This is a hybrid role based in our Dallas, TX office.</p> <h2>About You</h2> <ul> <li>5+ years experience in an Accounts Payable/Shared Services Environment</li> <li>2+ years of people management experience</li> <li>Experience working with ERP systems and automated AP workflow platform</li> <li>Above average Excel skills (can maintain complex spreadsheets)</li> <li>Customer service focused approach with a commitment to assisting internal and external stakeholders with responsive solutions-driven approach</li> <li>Able to work cross functionally, fostering a positive work environment</li> <li>Take full ownership of assignments and responsibilities</li> </ul> <h2>About the Team</h2> <p>Crunchyroll's Accounting Team is a global group of passionate professionals who play a key role in supporting the company's core business operations.
