Front-of-House Cashier – Guest Service Expert is responsible for delivering World-Class service. As a Guest Service Expert, you are the face and the voice of Wingstop to all of our Guests who walk into our restaurants, providing them with authentic, positive, and genuine experiences. In this role, you will spend more time than any other position interacting with our Guests by greeting them, answering the phone, taking and delivering orders - all with a great attitude and smile.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Cashiers

Back-of-House Cook – Flavor Expert is responsible for Serving the World Flavor. You will be creating wings with flavor to the max! You will play an integral role in ensuring our Guests get their cravable, fresh, and delicious wings delivered by our promise time. In this role, you will do everything from preparing our fresh, made in-house ranch, bleu cheese, and sides to packaging and delivering completed hot orders to our Guests while motivating other Flavor Experts.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and at a fast pace scan and comprehend the order tickets
  • Accurately count the number of ordered Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings, and Boneless Strips
  • Coordinate the cooking time of Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings, and Boneless Strips and fries with the corresponding timer
  • Cook and prepare Bone-In Wings, Boneless Wings, and Boneless Strips and Fries in the proper fryers and baskets
  • Consistently follow recipes tossing with proper portions of sauces and seasonings
  • Accurately package all orders according to Wingstop standards
  • Filter and freshen the fryer shortening daily, following all safety procedures and using equipment
  • Maintain kitchen clean as you go throughout shift as you go and at closing time
  • Immediately notify Manager on Duty of all safety, sanitation, or employee issues
  • Follow directions given by the Manager or Supervisor
  • Comply with state and company alcohol sales guidelines
  • Willingness to help and support team with other duties and tasks assigned
