This role focuses on expanding relationships with existing pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), health plan clients and other payers; identifying new revenue opportunities, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. You'll work with a team of talented BD and account management professionals under a senior BD leader, providing high-quality client support (e.g., reporting and data analytics, periodic business review meetings), addressing client needs, and collaborating with those clients to grow customer adoption. You will also bring the voice of the customer – our strategic accounts and clients – in working with a high functioning product and technical team to develop the products and services that will grow business.<br><br>You will be adept at building relationships and have a successful record of growing accounts and revenue generation, and also at building relationships with peer stakeholder groups internally to launch new large-scale accounts successfully. You are comfortable working cross-functionally with a variety of internal stakeholders and client stakeholders across product, tech, and operational verticals. You enjoy working closely with customer teams to develop strategies that grow Amazon Pharmacy adoption and client satisfaction. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market.
