Job Overview
We’re hiring Customer Service / Insurance Agents to join our fully remote team. This position focuses on building relationships with clients, presenting tailored life insurance solutions, and providing policy support. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the motivation to work independently, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assess client needs and recommend insurance products

  • Educate clients on policy options, underwriting, and benefits

  • Assist with basic policy servicing, such as endorsements, claims support, and beneficiary changes

  • Maintain accurate digital records using CRM tools

  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention

  • Collaborate with teammates and participate in ongoing training sessions

  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

Qualifications

  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Must pass a background check

  • Active life insurance license preferred (or willing to obtain – we provide guidance!)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, performance-driven environment

  • Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in CRM tools, video conferencing, and digital communication

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in sales, insurance, or customer service

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and remote outreach tools
