Apply via Dice today!<br><br><strong>Role:</strong> Guidewire QA Analyst<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Remote<br><br><strong>Type:</strong> Fulltime<br><br><strong>Job Summary:<br><br></strong>We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with deep expertise in Guidewire Cloud (PolicyCenter and BillingCenter) within Personal Lines P&C insurance. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of automation frameworks, API/UI validation, and experience with Earnix or other rating tools. This role involves ensuring high-quality delivery of enterprise-grade insurance solutions through meticulous testing, automation, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:<br><br></strong>Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Guidewire Cloud applications (Policy & Billing).<br><br>Validate system functionality through API testing, UI validation, and regression test suites.<br><br>Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA architects to define testing scope, strategy, and automation standards.<br><br>Work on Earnix or similar rating tools for rating-related validation and integration testing.<br><br>Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies to ensure testing coverage and timely delivery.<br><br>Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and test automation frameworks.<br><br>Analyze defects, identify root causes, and drive resolution with development teams.<br><br>Maintain detailed documentation of test scenarios, test data, and results.<br><br>Ensure compliance with quality standards, organizational best practices, and release readiness criteria.<br><br><strong>Required Skills & Experience:<br><br></strong>Strong QA experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter (Cloud preferred).<br><br>Personal Lines P&C insurance domain expertise.<br><br>Guidewire Associate Certification required; ACE Certification preferred.<br><br>Hands-on experience in API validation, UI automation, and test frameworks (e.g., Selenium, RestAssured, TestNG, Cucumber, etc.).<br><br>Exposure to Earnix or other rating tools is highly desirable.<br><br>Proven experience in designing and executing end-to-end integration tests within Agile delivery.<br><br>Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
