This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, discretion, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. The EA will serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and smooth daily operations.</p> <p><br><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">Key Responsibilities</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: bold">Calendar & Schedule Management:</span> Oversee the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to optimize time efficiency.</li> <li><span style="font-weight: bold">Travel & Logistics:</span> Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries for the executive team.</li> <li><span style="font-weight: bold">Communication Management:</span> Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing emails, calls, and correspondence with discretion.</li> <li><span style="font-weight: bold">Meeting Coordination & Documentation:</span> Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
